SEASONALITY
Our coffee portfolio is very dynamic thus the same coffee may not be available at our stocks all year long as every producing country has different crop season. We always aim to offer the freshest crops. Every season brings along new tastes and experiences and even the coffees coming from the same farm may not be the same as previous year.
REASONABLE ROASTING
We give our best to highlight the terroir specifics of the coffees therefore we prefer omni roasting.
QUALITY
We are always after fresh, seasonal and high quality green coffee beans and looking for hand picked, carefully processed and usually prefer microlot coffees. We keep our selective stance by sample roasting our coffees with our Ikawa and decide on the correct and good coffees from rich specialty coffee portfolio.
SUSTAINABILITY
We always try to remunerate producers and maximize our contribution by enabling them to be more sensitive to the environment they are living in.
