HOW DO I USE MD?
Follow the instructions we include, which recommends a mix of bare-kettle and melodrip showering and stirring.
Hold melodrip close to your pourover brewbed and gently pour water over it as you would a regular pourover.
The resulting cup will be strikingly clean, sweet, and less bitter even at high concentrations.
